Below you will find a review of important presenter information:
- Room Assignments: Room Assignments will be emailed to all presenters on Tuesday, October 8th, most likely in the afternoon. Once registration closes, we want to make sure room size matches anticipated attendees. Please look for this information in your email on Tuesday, October 8th in the evening.
- Excel "Registered Attendees" Report: Early next week you will receive a report that has, to date, the number of attendees who have registered for your sessions and their name. When you receive this report, please follow the instructions below to review your session(s) audience:
- Find your session and click on the "+" button to expand the section. If you are presenting more than once, please pay close attention to the dates/times listed next to the registered attendees as it lists all sessions consecutively.
Parking Information & Check-In
- ALL presenters will Check-In at the entrance of the Quincy Area Vocational Technical Center (QAVTC), 219 Baldwin Drive, Quincy, IL. Premiere parking will be available for presenters in the QAVTC Parking Lot. The entrance to QAVTC is accessed from State Street, not Maine Street.
- You will receive a parking pass via email, please print or show via smartphone the attached PARKING PASS for access to the premiere, presenter parking. Security guards will ask to see your pass.
- Bagels and coffee will be provided for all speakers, at speaker check-in (QAVTC entrance).
- Upon Check-In, presenters will receive their name badge and additional information specific to presenters.

- All presentation documents must be submitted in PDF (No document larger than 10 MB, if larger than 10 MB, please divide into multiple PDF documents) to qcyconference@gmail.com by Friday, September 27th.
- You will be responsible for bringing paper copies of any materials you wish to share with participants. Quincy Conference will not reimburse presenters for paper goods or copying costs. Reminder, any documents submitted prior to September 27th will be available on the conference app.
Technology
- Technology will be available as requested on presentation proposal. Our technicians are working to make sure all requests are fulfilled prior to our event. We will have Tech Support on-site throughout the event.
- At presenter registration, you will receive necessary login information and Wifi password for your use during Quincy Conference. This information will also be available in each presentation room on brightly colored card stock.
Nacho Ordinary Social Hour
- We want to personally invite you to Nacho Ordinary Social Hour on Friday, October 11th from 3:45 - 6:00 p.m. This conference social event is sponsored by Quincy Medical Group and will be hosted at Utopia, 900 N. 12th Street. Nacho Bar and Margaritas provided, taco truck and full bar available for additional purchases. There will also be over $2,000 worth of prizes given away- must be present to win!
