Do I have to register if I work in a school district in ROE #1?
No, if you work in any public or private school in ROE #1 (Adams, Brown, Cass, Morgan, Pike, and Scott Counties) you do not have to register. Your school superintendent and/or principal will send out all information with links to join sessions.
I work in a public or private school in Greene, Hancock, McDonough, or Schuyler County, do I have to register through the website?
No, thanks to the generosity and partnership with the Tracy Family Foundation, employees who work in public and private schools in Greene, Hancock, McDonough, or Schuyler County can attend for free. Your school superintendent and/or principal will send out all information with links to join sessions.
I work at Transitions and Chaddock, I sometimes come into the schools, do I register? Do I have to pay?
Yes, any employee of any agency, school, or organization outside of the public and private schools within the ten county region (Adams, Brown, Cass, Morgan, Pike, Scott, Greene, Hancock, McDonough, or Schuyler Counties) MUST register and pay for access to attend
How do I register?
All registration for paid attendees will be through our registration website.
When will registration open? Close?
Registration will open Monday, September 12th at 3:00 p.m. Registration will close on Monday, October 3rd at 5:00 p.m.
How do I pay for my registration?
Through the conference website, individuals, schools, and/or districts can pay by using a credit card or by submitting check to Quincy Conference 2022 to ROE #1: Quincy Conference, 507 Vermont Street, Suite 104, Quincy, IL 62301.
My school is attending, do I have to register separately?
No, due to your school registering and paying for school-wide access, you will not need to register via the registration page.
